At Declaration Arms & Munitions LLC, our goal is to ensure your order arrives promptly and performs exactly as intended. Our return policy is designed to give you confidence when shopping with us and to provide a clear, streamlined process when something doesn’t work out. Firearm & Lower Receiver Returns

When picking up a firearm or lower receiver from your FFL, please inspect the item thoroughly before accepting the transfer. Returns are only eligible for products that have been used properly and are returned in original condition.

If a firearm or lower receiver is not picked up within 14 days of arrival—whether due to a failed background check, ineligibility to possess, refusal to pick up, or any other inability to complete the transfer—the transaction will be canceled. Declaration Arms & Munitions LLC will process the cancellation and return the product minus the following:

• Any applicable fees
• A $30 return shipping fee
• Original shipping charges
• A 15% restocking fee

New Gun & New Lower Receiver Policy

All sales of new firearms and new lower receivers are final. New firearms may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Certified Used Guns

Declaration Arms & Munitions LLC offers a “no questions asked” return policy on Certified Used Guns.

• Within 3 calendar days of physical transfer: return for any reason for a full refund, minus fees, $30 return shipping, original shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
• Within 7 calendar days: mechanical defects eligible for full refund; we cover shipping.

After 7 days, all sales are final.

Non-Certified Used Guns

• Within 3 calendar days: mechanical defects eligible for full refund; we cover shipping.

After 3 days, all sales are final.

Ammunition, Optics, Magazines, Holsters, Knives, Hunting Gear, Range Gear, Upper Receivers, Suppressor Components & Accessories

No returns accepted. All sales are final.

Suppressors

All suppressor sales are final.

ATF Denials or Return Without Action (RWA)

• If your Form 4 is denied: refund of full purchase including tax stamp, minus 25% processing fee or $200 (whichever is greater). Sales tax refunded in full.
• If RWA: may resubmit at no cost. If choosing not to resubmit, refund minus 25% processing fee.

Declaration Arms & Munitions Branded Merchandise

30-day return window. Free return shipping on branded merchandise and eligible clothing. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Items Lost or Damaged in Shipment

Refer to our Package Protection coverage.

General Return Guidelines

To start a return, contact us.

• Incorrect or missing items: notify us immediately.
• Return labels emailed; customer prints label.
• Refunds issued after inspection; allow 3–5 business days depending on bank.
• No exchanges—place a new order if needed.
• We may limit or decline returns.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to many products; contact manufacturer first.
• Items not meeting policy may be returned to customer at their expense.
