Declaration Arms & Munitions LLC – Shipping Information

You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the Order History section of your Account Dashboard. Log in to your account—or go directly to your Order History if you are already signed in. If a tracking number has been issued, detailed shipment information will be displayed.

Note: Orders weighing more than 50 lbs may incur an additional shipping charge. If applicable, this cost will be included in your final shipping total at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Declaration Arms & Munitions LLC currently does not ship to the following locations:

PO Boxes
Alaska
Connecticut
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
APO/FPO addresses

Suppressor Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship suppressors to the following states:

Alaska
California
Connecticut
Delaware
Hawaii
Illinois
Massachusetts
New York
New Jersey
Rhode Island

Ammunition Shipping

Ammunition must ship via Ground service only.
After processing, ammunition typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

Suppressor Shipping Process

Orders containing a suppressor will not ship until all legal requirements are completed:

ATF tax stamp approval
Completion of ATF Form 4473
CLEO notification and acknowledgment
Seven-day mandatory waiting period following CLEO notification

Once all requirements are met, suppressors ship in a two-stage route:

From our warehouse to a licensed location within your state
From the licensed location directly to your residence

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for select items. Options appear during checkout.

Operates Monday–Friday only
Saturday delivery is not included
Contact us before purchase for Saturday delivery requests
Ammunition is not eligible for expedited shipping

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions:

Do not apply to bulk orders
Do not apply to expedited shipping
Do not count firearm processing fees or taxes toward minimum purchase requirements

Package Protection

Declaration Arms & Munitions LLC offers flat-rate Package Protection for eligible orders up to $5,000. Contact us if you're unsure whether your order qualifies.
